Challenji Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Challenji!

These terms and conditions govern the use of Challenji, an IQ Infomedia LTD creation (app and website), available for download at www.challenji.com. 

By accessing or using this app, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, do not use the Challenji app.

  1. Terms of Use

By using our app, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms under the laws of your jurisdiction. Your access to and use of the Challenji service is contingent upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

  1. User Accounts

When creating an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in the immediate termination of your account.

  1. Challenji Mega Gameplay and Mega Prize Winning Mechanics

Gameplay: A user/player can be part and participate in the Challenji Mega tournament when it is unlocked. The participation entry fee is 500 coins. The user/player must answer all 10 questions correctly to win:

  1. Once the tournament concludes, the coin wallet will be split for P2, P3, P4 winners by earning their Mega entry fee x3; as the remaining winning participants will only get back their Mega entry fee
  2. The user/player can check the results on the Mega game leaderboard

Mega Prize: For the user/player to be eligible to win the Mega prize, he must answer all 10 questions correctly, qualify within 3-minutes total session time, and score the overall fastest session time.

3.1 Mega Prize Announcement and Delivery by Challenji: 

Challenji will announce the 1st place Mega winner up to 72 hours after the Mega tournament concludes. The announcement will be through Challenji organic and social platforms.

To ensure legitimacy, The Mega winner must provide a copy of his national ID or any legally binding document proving his identity. The Mega prize delivery is within 14 business days, and Challenji might exchange with a prize value gift card and deliver it for the 1st place Mega winner.

Including Mega tournament participants, it is highly recommended by Challenji that every user/player: 

  1. Configure his account regional preferences to the given country (currently Saudi Arabia)
  2. Be physically located in the given and selected country (currently Saudi Arabia)
  3. Provide authentic and reachable phone number and email address upon creating his account

If the player is not physically located in the given and selected country (currently Saudi Arabia), and still wins the Mega prize (1st place), he must: 

  1. Provide Challenji with direct point of contact to one of his family members or 1st degree siblings
  2. Sign a proof of delivery document and attach any legally binding document of the Mega prize receiver on his behalf (preferably valid ID or Passport) 

Notice: Challenji will be requesting from the 1st place Mega winner legal document proof (such as: National ID), and contact the winner through phone number and email address and the Mega prize delivery will be fulfilled through a third-party provider such as Amazon.com or similar.

  1. Fraudulent Activity

The Company reserves the right to block any user from our app if fraudulent activity or misuse is detected. We are not obligated to provide proof of such activity to the user. This measure is to ensure a fair and secure environment for all users. Donations will be made to well-known and vetted charitable organizations.

  1. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these terms and conditions or your use of the Challenji app, users are encouraged to contact us directly at dispute@challenji.com. The Company reserves the right to resolve disputes at its own discretion, including settling disputes out of court, with the aim of reaching a fair and amicable resolution.

  1. Intellectual Property Rights

Except for content you own, Challenji, IQ Infomedia LTD  and/or its licensors own all intellectual property rights and materials contained in this app.

  1. Restrictions

You are specifically prohibited from:

– Duplicating, copying, or reproducing material from the app for commercial purposes without express written consent.

– Engaging in data mining, data harvesting, data extracting, or any similar activities in relation to this app.

– Infringing upon the privacy of other users or engaging in fraudulent activities.

  1. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

  1. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will attempt to provide at least 30 days’ notice before any new terms take effect, but we are not obligated to do so.
